"I'm 39 years old and I have 10 years of experience. I got my Certificate of Elder Care Practice (Level 1) from ECSC using their 'Recognised Prior Experience (RPE) pathway'. I'm so proud of myself!
I didn't have to go back to school. I didn't need any special academic qualifications. Once I submitted my assessment form, it took me about a month.
